Welcome to our management data policy. According to the data law No.1581 from 2012 and according to the constitution of Colombia, GSSG has a private Data Base from clients which is stored in its CRM system and fulfills the law requirements. This Data Base includes information from private or juridical entities that i) have any interest in GSSG products or services ii) have business relationships with GSSG.

Right to access, correct, and delete data and to object to data processing 

CUSTOMERS (we define customer as: web site visitors, customer leads or related) have the right to access, to correct, or to delete the data related to them. Our customers have the right to object to Data processing by writing to the email info@gssg.com.co or by sending a message to the CONTACT US template form. The Company makes every effort to put in place suitable precautions to safeguard the security and privacy of personal data and to prevent it from being altered, corrupted, destroyed, or accessed by unauthorized third parties. However, GSSG does not control each and every risk related to the use of the Internet, and therefore warns the Site users of the potential risks involved in the functioning and use of the Internet. The Site may include links to other websites or other internet sources. As GSSG cannot control these websites and external sources, GSSG cannot be held responsible for the provision or display of these websites and external sources, and may not be held liable for the content, advertising, products, services or any other material available on or from these web sites or external sources.

Management of personal data

You may choose to receive promotional information from GSSG through e_mail, SMS, direct mail, telephone, or other media channels. If you receive promotional information is because you or someone else in your company has approved it, but you may decide not to receive information by writing to the email info@gssg.com.co or by sending a message to the CONTACT US template form. In other circumstances, you may unsubscribe from the database through the link in the e_mails that you receive.

How We Use Your Information

The use of the data and information submitted to GSSG is of confidential and responsible nature. Your information is not provided to, and not authorized to third parties. Your information is used to understand your requirements, to deliver to you occasional promotional offers or services from GSSG, to invite you to events that might be of your interest; or if you have bought a product or a service from GSSG it will be used for administrative, accounting or taxes concerns. If you have acquired a product or service from GSSG it is possible that both parties sign a confidentiality agreement document with a different scope than the privacy policy here stated.

Sharing Your Information

We share your personal data with your consent or as necessary to complete any transaction or provide any service you have requested or authorized. For example, we share your content with third parties when you tell us to do so. When you provide payment data to make a purchase, we will share payment data with banks and other entities that process payment transactions or provide other financial services, and for fraud prevention and credit risk reduction. In addition, we share personal data among our controlled affiliates and subsidiaries. We also share personal data with vendors or agents working on our behalf for the purposes described in this statement. For example, companies we’ve hired to provide customer service support or assist in protecting and securing our systems and services may need access to personal data in order to provide those functions. In such cases, these companies must abide by our data privacy and security requirements and are not allowed to use personal data they receive from us for any other purpose. We may also disclose personal data as part of a corporate transaction such as a merger or sale of assets.
